Orders & Shipping

Shipping Costs & Speed

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States, primarily using USPS. The total delivery time, which includes our 1-day processing period, is typically 3−5 business days from the time you place your order.

How can I track my order, and when will I receive the tracking number?

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website. Your tracking information will also be available instantly when you log into your Broland customer account. We recommend creating an account to easily monitor your delivery status.

Are there any U.S. locations where Broland cannot deliver?

Yes, due to restrictions from our shipping partners, we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or the following U.S. states and territories:

  • Alaska (AK)
  • Hawaii (HI)
  • Puerto Rico (PR)
  • U.S. Virgin Islands (VI)
  • Guam (GU)
  • American Samoa (AS)
  • Northern Mariana Islands (MP)
  • Armed Forces Europe (AE)
  • Armed Forces Pacific (AP)

If your shipping address falls within a restricted area, you will be notified during the checkout process. We apologize as we actively work to expand our service area.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We offer a small window for changes: You may modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your initial order confirmation. Please contact us immediately via our contact form or email.
After the 24-hour window, the order is considered accepted and cannot be changed. If you need to make a change, you will need to follow our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy once the item arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy, and how long do I have to return an item?

We happily accept returns for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and have the original tags and packaging intact. Please refer to our full policy for details on our holiday extension window.

How do I make an exchange for a different size or color?

We handle all exchanges as a return and repurchase. To ensure you get the item you want as fast as possible, simply initiate a return by contacting us and then place a new order on our website for the correct size or color.

Who pays for return shipping, and do you provide a return label?

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We currently do not provide prepaid return labels. We require that you use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during the return transit.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We initiate the refund process as soon as we receive your return tracking number. Our team generally takes 3−5 business days to process and inspect the return. The funds are then sent back to your original payment method, though it may take your bank an additional 3−5 days to post the credit to your account.

Payments & Accounts

What forms of payment does Broland accept?

We accept a wide range of secure payment methods through our integrated partners, Shopify Payments and PayPal. This includes all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) and accelerated digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is my credit card and financial information secure?

Absolutely. Our entire website and payment process is hosted by Shopify, which is PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). This means your payment data is encrypted and handled only by secure, third-party payment processors; Broland does not store your sensitive credit card details.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged immediately at the time you place your order and complete the checkout process. You will receive an Order Confirmation Email confirming the charge shortly thereafter.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you are welcome to check out as a Guest. However, we highly recommend creating a free Broland customer account. Having an account allows you to easily track your orders, access your purchase history, and simplifies the return and exchange process if needed.
